A trolley has 4 wheels with pneumatic tyres, a handle to steer and sides to contain the load. A wagon is a trolley with added cushions for comfort and an adjustable canopy to help protect from the sun and rain. The wagons come in four colours, Blue, Green, Red and Pink.

All of our trolleys are being used to get everybody into the festival before Friday 5/6/8pm. If we were to let them out for overnight hire before this time, we wouldn’t be able to cater for people arriving.

They are 120cm x 60 cm, with sides 28cm high.

Yes you can, but the set price to pre-book is for 3 nights. When you make a booking you will be asked to select the day you would like to collect and return the trolley/wagon on.

We take payment in advance online for the hire charge via PayPal.
The deposit is paid on-site at the festival at the start of hire.

Yes, we accept credit & debit cards, as well as cash.

The deposit is to cover for loss of the trolley or wagon parts.

You can change your booking (depending on availability) at any time up until the Friday before the pre-booking system closes. Look at the specific festival page for the pre-booking closing date.

You can change any of the options you selected during the booking process, except for quantity. We cannot increase the quantity, but we can decrease it and provide you with a refund. If you want to increase the quantity, you will simply need to place a new order using the online pre-booking system.

If you want to change the colour, hire point, collection or return time, or decrease the quantity, just send an email to bookings@mrtrolley.co.uk with your your request. You must provide us with your booking number, full name, the email address or username you used to login to the website, and the change you want to make. Please note: we can only offer different colours if they are available. Please check if the colour you want is available on the festival pre-booking page.

You can cancel your booking at any time up until the Friday before the pre-booking system closes, this is usually the week before the festival starts. Look at the specific festival page for the pre-booking closing date.

Please note, the £2 booking fee is non-refundable.

If you would like to cancel your booking, send a copy of the original booking confirmation email to bookings@mrtrolley.co.uk. If you don’t have the original booking confirmation email, you will need to send us your booking number, full name and the email address or username you used to login to the website. You can get your booking number from the My Account section on the website.

Yes, take it back to the hire point you hired it from.

During the booking process you are asked what day you expect to collect and return the trolley/wagon, this is so we know when to expect you. You can collect or return the trolley/wagon on any day, within our opening times.

Each half an hour after 9am will be charged at £6.

In your tent or gazebo. If you leave the trolley/wagon unattended at any time it may be stolen.

Report it stolen at the hire point from where it was hired. At the end of the festival, when all except festival staff have left the site, we search the site for any missing or stolen trolleys. If we find the trolley that you had hired we refund the deposit either by PayPal or into your bank account at a later date. If it is not found the deposit goes toward the cost of replacing the trolley/wagon.

Take it to any hire point, we will repair or replace it.

We do not hire just a canopy.

We have an allocated number of Trolleys and Wagons for each festival that can be pre-booked. When these are all gone the system shows ‘Out of stock’ but we have a separate allocation that can be hired on site when you arrive. Please be aware that the on-site hires are supplied on a first come, first served basis.

Your login details consist of the username or email address you used to make the pre-booking, and the password you created during that process. An account creation confirmation email was sent to you.

On the My Account page click on the ‘Lost you password’ link, enter your email address or username and an email containing a link to reset your password will be emailed to you.
